The Southwind Home Addition represents a thoughtful expansion of living space, designed to meet the evolving needs of the household. The project included the addition of a new master suite — a luxurious and private retreat for the homeowners that gives them what their original floor plan simply couldn’t accommodate. An additional bedroom was also created, enhancing the home’s functionality and accommodating growing family needs or guests with comfort and style.
The highlight of this project is the fabulous new outdoor living space — designed for relaxation and entertainment in equal measure. This area seamlessly blends indoor comfort with outdoor beauty, offering an inviting ambiance perfect for gatherings or quiet moments. The connection between the new interior spaces and this outdoor area was a deliberate design decision — not an afterthought.
Through these additions, the Southwind home now boasts increased living space, improved lifestyle features, and an enriched connection with its outdoor environment. Brightstar’s in-house design team planned every square foot of new space to integrate seamlessly with the existing structure — making the additions feel like they were always part of the original design.
