Florida Pest Control has been serving St. Augustine since 1949. When a business with that kind of history commissions a facility renovation, the finished space needs to do justice to what the name represents — professionalism, reliability, and the credibility that only comes from decades of serving a community well. Brightstar was trusted with that assignment.
Working closely with the Florida Pest Control team, Brightstar focused on enhancing their workspace by creating a functional and aesthetically pleasing environment throughout. Workspaces and customer areas were improved for a more professional and inviting feel — because in a service business, the facility communicates the standard of the service before anyone says a word.
The renovation covered training rooms, built-in workstation cabinetry, customer-facing areas, and commercial restrooms — all brought up to a standard that reflects a 70-year-old business in its best light. This project highlights Brightstar’s commitment to high-quality commercial construction and excellence in execution, contributing directly to Florida Pest Control’s goal of providing exceptional service from an exceptional facility.
